Following President Muhammadu Buhari‘s visit to Addis Ababa Ethiopia for the African Union summit, the president has reportedly stated that his regime is doing its best and will continue to do its best to pursue peace and progress in Africa.
According to reports, the president made this known in a meeting with the Prime Minister of Palestine, Mohammad Shtayyeh, on Saturday.
According to him, “As a country, we are doing our best, and we will continue doing our best to ensure justice and fairness.”
The president also gave assurance that Nigeria would be “consistent” in pushing for peace and progress while upholding the tenets of justice.
