England star Raheem Sterling wants to leave Manchester City as soon as the January transfer window, according to Tribal Football.
That is according to Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo.
The outlet claims that the English winger, who was outstanding for Gareth Southgate’s Three Lions at Euro 2020 in the summer, wants to play more often in the coming years.
Sterling has been reduced to a bit part role by manager Pep Guardiola at City this term, starting only three Premier League games.
The arrival of Jack Grealish and the rise of Phil Foden have limited Sterling’s chances of playing in the left wing or central attacking positions.
