Following the death of the late Soun of Ogbomosho, Oba Oladunnu Oyewumi, it has been reported that his first daughter, Prof Taibat Danmole, is dead.
This is coming less than a month after the monarch died.
According to reports, Danmole, died on Saturday at the age of 71, following the death of her father in the 12th of December, 2021.
A source from the palace reportedly disclosed that, “Baba’s first daughter died yesterday (Saturday). She has been sick before and it happened yesterday. We just pray that God will spare the lives of those of us remaining.”
Findings disclosed that the late Danmole was married to the Dean, College of Humanities and Social Sciences, Al-Hikmah University, Ilorin, Prof Hakeem Danmole, and she was also once a Commissioner for Education in Oyo State between1997 to1998.
