Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has hailed the clash against Leeds United as one of the great match between both clubs.
The Red Devils won 6-2 but it was a classic to behold as both sides created 47 chances with scintillating football.
“Leeds play the same way whether they’re 4-0 up, 4-0 down or at 0-0. They do that every three days, every game. You have to run until the whistle goes.”
Leeds manager Marcelo Bielsa: “We could have come back throughout the game, there were always opportunities to come back into it“.
Manchester United will be in action against Everton in the EFL Cup quarter final on Wednesday.
