Following the police brutality and EndSARS protest last month, it has been reported that soldiers, in Ibadan area of Oyo State are beating people and abusing them unnecessarily.
A viral video of a woman being beaten for indecent dressing has been circulating around.
Another male victim reported that his hair was shaved with scissors and he was even asked to pay for it. And to avoid being beaten, he paid.
