The Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project SERAP has called out the Kogi State Government, to explain how snakes were reportedly chasing patients from wards at the Kogi State Comprehensive Health Centre.

According to the body, Kogi State Government budgeted N11,914,360,693 for health care in 2020, and with that, the health care system should not be in a poor state.

However, SERAP has promised to sue the Kogi State Government, if they fail to account for how the money was spent.
