Liverpool star Mohammed Salah has been tested positive for Covid-19 again.
The Egyptian international initially tested positive for the novel coronavirus on November 14 while on international duty with Egypt.
According to an announcement by the Egyptian FA, the former Chelsea star returned positive again on Wednesday.
Salah will have to continue a period of self-isolation and he will miss the crunch tie against Leicester City on Sunday.
Mohamed Elneny has also tested positive for Covid-19 again after returning positive on Wednesday.
Premier League rule states that a player who tests positive for Coronavirus must stay in self-isolation for a period of 10 days.
Salah has scored eight goals in eight Premier League appearances for Liverpool this season as the Reds battle to win the Premier League two times in a row.
Liverpool have been beset with injuries with their first choice defenders all ruled out of action.
