Juventus talisman Cristiano Ronaldo has tested positive for coronavirus again ahead of the Champions League match between Juventus and Barcelona.
The Portuguese captain first contracted Covid-19 on international duty and he subsequently missed one match for Portugal and two matches for the Old Lady.
Champions League Covid-19 protocol states that a player must have a negative test 24 hours before kick-off and Rinaldo’s test has come back positive.
Football fans were looking forward to another cracker involving Ronaldo and Messi after the former left Real Madrid to join Juventus in 2018.
Both sides will be hoping to consolidate on their opening day win.
