Politicians Should Send Their Children To Public Schools -SERAP

The Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Projects SERAP has urged the Senate President Dr Ahmad Ibrahim Lawan and the Speaker of the House of Representatives Femi Gbajabiamila, to urgently sponsor a resolution that would encourage all politicians to put their children in public schools in Nigeria.

According to the body, this would compel both the Federal and State Governments to take serious measures to improve access of poor children to quality education.

This is coming following the dilapidated structures of public secondary school across the country, despite yearly disbursement of UBEC funds.
