Millions of Nigerians including celebrities assembled on Thursday to protest against police brutality and the killing of innocent people. Nigerian youths are saddened by the unacceptable harassment and treatment they encounter with members of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) daily.

EndSARS hashtag was trending on social media leading to millions of youths protesting across state lines. Runtown and falz came out as the face of the peaceful protest, inspiring other youths to join the choir.
Nigerians in the diaspora are amazed and pleased with the effort and zeal of our fellow citizens and many participated in boosting awareness on Twitter and other social media. We wish Nigerian youths will be united this way moving forward to battle the epidemic of corruption, brutality, and injustice perpetrated by our leaders and law enforcement agencies.
