Magodo: There is a Difference Between ‘Governor’ And ‘governor’ – Omokri Throws Shade At Sanwo-Olu

Following the defying of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu‘s order, by a Chief Superintendent of Police, that security operatives should vacate Magodo residential area on Tuesday, 4th of January, Reno Omokri has stated that there is a difference between the term ‘governor’ and ‘Governor’.

Disclosing this on his Instagram page, the activist and traveller stated that, “If it was Governor Wike that CSP disobeyed, he would have known that there are governors and there are Governors. Sanwoolu can’t claim to be in charge in Lagos after this incident.”

He added, “Pointus Pilate is only in charge to the extent Buhari allows. Wike would not tolerate that in Rivers, and something must happen to that CSP.”

He made it known, “Sadly, Sanwoolu is not assertive enough for a state like Lagos. And no big surprise. He was picked by Tinubu precisely because of his anodyne nature. Heavy Baba so pe Governor!”

This is coming after Sanwo-Olu visited Magodo residents who had taken to the street to protest the continuous presence of policemen in the estate,  numbering about 50 in the company of some persons believed to be landgrabbers to demolish the houses. Making it known that they were acting on a court order obtained from the Supreme court.

However, Sanwo-Olu, who arrived the area later to intervene as the Chief Security Officer of the state was outrightly disobeyed, after which the CSP disclosed they were sent by the IGP through the Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami, and that the governor should call them if he wants them to leave.
