The abductors of the Kagara students and staff had earlier released a statement that the abducted children are hungry and they don’t have enough food to give them.
The abductors said that they have only water to give to the children that they may starve to death.
However, the Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) has called on the Federal Government to ensure the safe release of both the staff and the students.
This is coming after the Government Science College Kagara in Rafi local government area of Niger State was invaded by bandits, and staff and students were kidnapped.
Although, the Federal Government and Security agencies have been trying their best to secure the release of the victims, SERAP is advocating for the quick release of the victims.
