Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde has announced that the judicial panel of the state has been set up to fight for the rights of those that had been abused.
According to him, members of the panel includes lawyers, National Human Rights Commission, the Department of Public Prosecution (DPP) the National Youth Council of Nigeria and youth representatives of EndSARS protesters.
He also noted that the security agencies responsible for Jimoh Isiaq and others who died in the course of the protests will be brought to book.
He as well said he isn’t a party to the regulation of social media bill. He said South West Governor see no reason for another bill to regulate the social media since there is an extensive Cybercrime act of 2015.
