Following cases of insecurity across the country, President Muhammadu Buhari has reaffirmed that his administration would not rest until peace is restored to every part of the country.
The President reportedly disclosed this on Monday when he attended the 58th anniversary of the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) held at the NAF base in Kano.
Buhari emphasized, “This government would not rest until peace and security are fully restored to our nation.”
While commending the NAF base in Kano, Buhari said, “I want to assure you that your sacrifices are well appreciated by Nigerians.”
He made it known, “In furtherance of our drive to continue to modernise the Armed Forces, we would continue to do more to support the Air Force.”
He maintained, “Rest assured that in our government, we are willing to do even more to ensure the provision of the requisite support and the encouragement to overcome various security challenges.”
