FG Declares Wednesday And Thursday As Public Holidays

The Federal Government has declared Wednesday 12th and Thursday 13th May as a public holiday to celebrate the Eidul-Fitr following the conclusion of the Ramadan fast by the Muslim faithful.

The Minister of interior, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola made this known through the permanent secretary of the ministry, Dr. Shuaib Before on Monday.

Aregbesola congratulated all Muslims on behalf of the federal government and urged them to use the celebration to pray for the peace, stability, and economic transformation of the country.
