Super Eagles striker, Kelechi Ihenacho will be forced to miss Leicester City’s clash against Legia Warsaw in the Europa League on Thursday.
He was denied entry into Poland after authorities noticed a discrepancy in the details of his paperwork when compared to his passport.
According to Leicester City coach, Brendan Rodgers,
“We’ve had an issue with Kelechi so his documentation coming into the country wouldn’t suffice.
“The paperwork didn’t allow him to enter the country, which is unfortunate. We’ll have to look at that when we get back.”
Iheanacho has scored two goals in all competitions for Leicester City this season.
“Unfortunately he’s not available to play which is a shame because he would have played in the game.
