Following the brutal massacre that took place in Borno State last week and other pending issues, the EndSARS movement had surged up again. According to reports, those who had their Bank accounts frozen for participating and rendering help during the protest have not been able to live on their income.
Reports had it that some who were forcefully arrested are still in detention at different police stations.
The second wave of the #EndSARS protest had been predicted to be tougher than the first one due to the fact that the government had not yielded to the cries of the citizens.
The northerners have also promised to join the protest this time around to tackle insecurity in their domain.
Presently on Twitter, the #EndSARS tag is trending as number one in Nigeria and in the US.
According to reports, the #EndSARS protest have started in Lagos State already.
