Ekiti Police Orders Man-Hunt For Abductors of Chinese National

The Ekiti State Police has ordered on Wednesday, 3 March, 2021 for a full man-hunt for the abductors of a Chinese National.

The information was dispersed by the Police Public Relations Officer, Ekiti Command, Sunday Abutu.

Abutu said that the man-hunt was launched on Tuesday by operatives of the Rapid Response Squad (RRS) which was led by Marcus Ogundola.

“Our RRS men swung into action immediately the news was broken on Tuesday. They are combing all the surrounding bushes. We are sure that the abductee will be released soon.” he said.

The abduction of the Chinese national who was said to be an expert supervising the construction of Ilupeju-Ire-Igbemo-Ijan Road was supposedly carried out while the victim was driving at Igbemo, Ekiti.
