Following reports that a young man died after jumping from the seventh floor of 1004 estate in Lagos while running from EFCC officials, the Economic Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) officials has reacted to the news.
The Commission confirmed that some operatives of the commission went for an operation at the 1004 estate in Lagos State but they denied knowing anything about the incident.
They made it known that it was later discovered by a resident that the young man in one of the wings in the estate, jumped from the 7th floor out of fear and sustained injuries.
The Commission has however made it known that the incident is being investigated by the Bar Beach Division of the Nigerian Police Force.
