Covid-19: 96 Cases Reported by NCDC

The NCDC’s daily report on the COVID-19 pandemic for Wednesday 25 March, 2021 showed that cases in Nigeria has reached a total of 96 across the nation.

The report showed a reduction in the normal rate of infection which was on the rise over the past few weeks.

The states reported are as follows;

Lagos-28
Yobe-20
Akwa Ibom-10
Cross River-9
Kaduna-6
Kano-5
Edo-4
Oyo-3
Plateau-3
Jigawa-2
Osun-2
Borno-1
Nasarawa-1
Rivers-1
Sokoto-1

The report also showed that a total of 162,178 cases have been confirmed by the organisation, 148,726 individuals had been discharged and 2,031 deaths have been recorded throughout the pandemic.

The organisation also advised individuals to co-operate with the ongoing COVID-19 vaccination which would help to put an end to the spread of the virus.
