Chelsea defender Ben Chilwell is confident that the club can win the Uefa Champions League trophy after eliminating Atletico Madrid in the second round of the competition.
Chilwell joined Chelsea from Leicester City in the summer for a reported fee of 50 million pounds and he was a mainstay in the team when Frank Lampard was in charge.
He has lost his starting shirt to Marcos Alonso after Thomas Tuchel changed the formation to 3-4-3 which suits the Spanish defender better.
Chilwell told the Telegraph: “It’s 100 per cent possible. We’re in both competitions and playing well, but it’s not something we’re talking about”.
“We have to keep improving in training and going into every match with the same mindset that we have been.”
Chelsea will battle with Porto for a place in the Champions League semi-final in April.
