Manchester United’s caretaker manager Michael Carrick has spoken about the return of striker Edinson Cavani, according to Tribal Football.
The Uruguayan has been absent in the Premier League since the 3-0 win over Tottenham, where he played a vital role in getting all three points.
His last appearance was as a substiutte against Atalanta in a 2-2 draw in Italy in the beginning of November.
Carrick, who is in charge until Ralf Rangnick receives a work visa in the UK, spoke ahead of Thursday’s Premier League game against Arsenal.
“Edi’s back on the grass,” he told the club media.
