The Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) has called on the National Assembly, to urgently refer cases of corruption to the International Criminal Court (ICC).
According to the body, the leadership of the National Assembly Dr. Ahmad Lawan should sponsor a resolution, declaring widespread corruption in the educational, health and electricity sector in Nigeria.
(SERAP) said that corruption in this sectors should be counted as crimes against humanity, and that President Muhammadu Buhari should refer the case to the (ICC) for prosecution.
